• Organisation Development consulting for private, governmental and non-governmental organisations in the areas of conducting organisational assessment or diagnosis, designing interventions including formulating strategic plans, facilitating team building sessions, monitoring and evaluation of processes and outcomes to rediscover new experiences and learnings.

• Local Governance and Decentralisation in relation to review of policies, programmes and projects to enhance accountability and citizen participation in decision making, planning and execution. Examples of tools and methods used include the variety of participatory methods, adult training methodologies, community entry processes, citizen engagement tools etc

• Participatory planning and preparation of land-use maps and development plans for districts and regions to guide development through working with cross-section of stakeholders and organising forums for deliberations on development issues to map the way forward for actions. Designing processes, developing manuals/handbooks and training key stakeholders to build capacity in sustainable development become integral part of the process.
