Michael Thiel has been a member of the institute’s master group since 1994. The members are tied to the institute via a process of trusting cooperation, joint further development in the field and mutual support and guidance in their careers paths. They make a remarkable contribution to and represent the institute’s network („Systemic Consulting“) internally and externally and are therefore recommended by the institute.

Presencing Institute

The Presencing Institute (PI) is a global awareness based action research community for profound societal innovation and change. „Theory U“, as developed by Otto Scharmer (MIT, Boston) is a concept that establishes a connection between what emerges in the making of the world and what each individual wants to create.

The PI community focuses on further developing the social technologies of the PI and related methods and then giving innovators, change managers and communities worldwide access to them.

Cinco.system’s managing partners are members of the PI community and are engaged in the application, action research and further development of Theory U, and particularly in the application of its tools.
