This curriculum is a combination of know-how and learning-by-doing covering strategic management and behavioral aspects when planning and leading collaborations.
The use of case studies and simulations gives participants the opportunity to experience first hand the dynamics, role conflicts, dilemmas and their own behavious during collaboration situations and outline solution strategies for collaborations.
